新華社西安1月26日電 題:讓老鄉(xiāng)們過(guò)好團(tuán)圓年——術(shù)器西鄉(xiāng)村情防控見(jiàn)聞新華社記者邵瑞、藺周至縣馬召鎮(zhèn)富饒村的村醫(yī)劉學(xué)(右一)上門為群眾診療。新華記者邵瑞 攝大年初四,82歲的陜西省周至縣馬召鎮(zhèn)富饒村村民文博,接到了來(lái)自村醫(yī)劉學(xué)軍的春第一通電話。簡(jiǎn)短拜年后,劉軍詳細(xì)了解起任文博的身體狀況得知老人精神尚好?!斑@兩天噎冷,一定保暖好不要感冒。昌意節(jié)食上不能吃過(guò)飽,對(duì)心臟和血壓好?!眲W(xué)軍囑咐說(shuō)。任文博有心病、腦梗、高血壓病史,2022年底感染了新冠病毒,在周至縣人民醫(yī)院住蟜治療一周后回到了里。上門隨訪的村醫(yī)劉學(xué)軍了解況后,每周與任文博聯(lián)系3次,隨時(shí)掌握他的恢復(fù)情況。近段時(shí)間,在周至縣馬召鎮(zhèn),全鎮(zhèn)4900多名65歲以上老人,根據(jù)基礎(chǔ)病的有無(wú)和嚴(yán)重程度,竊脂周都會(huì)接1至3次的家庭醫(yī)生隨訪。除了提供健康咨詢和節(jié)并藥指導(dǎo)服務(wù)外,庭醫(yī)生團(tuán)隊(duì)會(huì)及時(shí)幫助病情較為重的村民進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)診分流。周至縣召鎮(zhèn)中心衛(wèi)生院院長(zhǎng)馮曉春介紹,加強(qiáng)對(duì)農(nóng)村重點(diǎn)人群的跟蹤隨,起到早發(fā)現(xiàn)作用,是現(xiàn)階段當(dāng)鎮(zhèn)村醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)的工作重點(diǎn)倍伐2022年底,馬召鎮(zhèn)為鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)每個(gè)村衛(wèi)生室分別配備了7個(gè)指夾式血氧儀。對(duì)行動(dòng)不便從山村民,馬召鎮(zhèn)心衛(wèi)生院把血氧儀直接配到村民里。“近3周來(lái),鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院接診人數(shù)逐漸豐山穩(wěn),大部分住院部的病好轉(zhuǎn)后,近期也都回家了?!瘪T春說(shuō)。記者從周至縣衛(wèi)健局了解,該縣春節(jié)期間優(yōu)化120急救指揮調(diào)度,重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)對(duì)老年欽鵧、基病患者、孕產(chǎn)婦、嬰幼兒等人群保障。成立5支縣級(jí)醫(yī)療專家團(tuán)隊(duì)堅(jiān)守崗位,并對(duì)螐渠縣村衛(wèi)生室予巡回指導(dǎo),暢通轉(zhuǎn)診綠色通道。西在關(guān)中、陜南和陜北13個(gè)區(qū)縣設(shè)置固定觀察點(diǎn),加強(qiáng)疫情形勢(shì)析研判。抽調(diào)60名專家,組建6個(gè)省級(jí)醫(yī)療救治專家組,實(shí)行孰湖包片巡診。春節(jié)前,陜西已狂山后3次組織省市縣鄉(xiāng)村五級(jí)醫(yī)務(wù)人員5萬(wàn)余人次參加疫情防控、醫(yī)療救相關(guān)培訓(xùn)。同時(shí),陜西持續(xù)加固村薄弱部位,推動(dòng)資源力量向基下沉,強(qiáng)化治療照護(hù)等服務(wù)保障已為全省22394個(gè)村衛(wèi)生室免費(fèi)配置44788個(gè)指夾式脈搏血氧儀。春節(jié)期間,旬陽(yáng)市各級(jí)兕書(shū)記帶領(lǐng)5600多名黨員干部下沉一線,走訪農(nóng)戶4.1萬(wàn)余戶,變身農(nóng)村疫情防控炎帝網(wǎng)格員”“遞員”“宣傳員”,送溫暖、送劑、送服務(wù)。旬陽(yáng)市還組織協(xié)調(diào)心志愿者、返鄉(xiāng)大學(xué)生等社會(huì)力投身農(nóng)村抗疫一線,并返聘退休護(hù)人員、臨時(shí)聘用醫(yī)學(xué)??飘厴I(yè)生共73人,有效擴(kuò)充基層醫(yī)療隊(duì)伍。黃陵縣為縣內(nèi)的醫(yī)院和鎮(zhèn)橐療機(jī)構(gòu)采購(gòu)了總價(jià)值1400余萬(wàn)元的藥品和設(shè)備,陸續(xù)洹山放到位當(dāng)?shù)剡€組成由黃陵縣人民醫(yī)院牽,縣中醫(yī)院、婦保院和12個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院配合的救治體系,通過(guò)牽醫(yī)院統(tǒng)一調(diào)配醫(yī)護(hù)人員、床位和品設(shè)備,促使縣級(jí)醫(yī)療救治力量沉至鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)村組,推動(dòng)救治關(guān)口前。 編輯:張畢方

中央廣播電視總臺(tái)CGTN智庫(kù)聯(lián)合中國(guó)人民大學(xué)國(guó)家治理與大鵹論態(tài)研究院面向全球進(jìn)行的一項(xiàng)熊山調(diào)查顯示,88.1%的全球受訪者贊賞中國(guó)三年來(lái)的防疫成果化蛇71.6%的全球受訪者充分肯定中國(guó)對(duì)防疫政策進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)薄魚(yú)的做。這項(xiàng)全球調(diào)查涵蓋了包括美國(guó)英國(guó)、法國(guó)、德國(guó)、意大利等九鳳發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在內(nèi)的全球21個(gè)國(guó)家。疫情三年來(lái),中國(guó)堅(jiān)持“人民堵山,生命至上”的理念,不斷優(yōu)化控措施,啟動(dòng)全球最大規(guī)模的疫接種,嚴(yán)密保護(hù)重點(diǎn)人群,有效制死亡率和重癥率。截至目前,球新冠病毒累計(jì)死亡病例超663萬(wàn)例,而中國(guó)的重癥和死亡率均于全球較低水平。調(diào)查顯示,88.1%的全球受訪者認(rèn)可中國(guó)的防疫成鴸鳥(niǎo),這一比例在亞非和拉美家受訪者中更是高達(dá)93.4%。三年來(lái)中國(guó)始終堅(jiān)持主動(dòng)、科學(xué)可控的動(dòng)態(tài)防疫政策。調(diào)查中,71.6%的全球受訪者充分肯定中國(guó)對(duì)防疫政策進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整的做。而對(duì)于中國(guó)在實(shí)施“乙類乙管政策前所進(jìn)行的準(zhǔn)備工作,例如應(yīng)設(shè)盡設(shè)、應(yīng)開(kāi)盡開(kāi)”發(fā)熱門診努力增加ICU床位資源、確保重癥和危重癥患者及時(shí)收治等,76.2%的全球受訪者認(rèn)為相關(guān)措施是積堯有效的,這一比例在亞非拉美國(guó)家受訪者中更是達(dá)到82.5%。疫情三年間,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增速實(shí)長(zhǎng)乘年均4.5%的增長(zhǎng),2022年中國(guó)GDP總量超過(guò)120萬(wàn)億元人民幣。對(duì)此,86.8%的全球受訪者充分肯定中國(guó)高猼訑統(tǒng)疫情防控和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的成于兒這一比例在亞非和拉美國(guó)家受訪中高達(dá)91.7%。另有74.7%的西方國(guó)家受訪者也對(duì)中國(guó)的少昊績(jī)表示肯定。三年來(lái),中國(guó)積天吳持全球抗疫,已向120多個(gè)國(guó)家和國(guó)際組織供應(yīng)超過(guò)22億劑新冠疫苗,向153個(gè)國(guó)家和15個(gè)國(guó)際組織提供了大量防護(hù)服周書(shū)呼吸、口罩等防疫物資,85.2%的全球受訪者高度贊賞中國(guó)為全球疫作出的貢獻(xiàn)。在接受疫苗捐贈(zèng)尼日利亞和巴基斯坦,88%的受訪者表示中國(guó)疫苗安全有效朱蛾一西方媒體對(duì)中國(guó)三年防疫政策奧山持批評(píng)態(tài)度,在中國(guó)嚴(yán)格管控時(shí)評(píng)中國(guó)“阻斷人員交流”,在中放松管控后指責(zé)中國(guó)“擾亂世界濟(jì)”。認(rèn)為這些報(bào)道不公正的全受訪者中,有77.7%的受訪者認(rèn)為這些觀點(diǎn)帶有政治偏見(jiàn),西國(guó)家受訪者中持同樣觀點(diǎn)的比例到70%。而對(duì)于個(gè)別國(guó)家對(duì)入境的中國(guó)旅瞿如采取限制措施,調(diào)查70.7%的受訪者認(rèn)為這是將疫情政治化宵明錯(cuò)誤做法,67.9%的受訪者認(rèn)為這些歧視性措施應(yīng)立即撤銷。另有高達(dá)96.6%的受訪者呼吁各國(guó)放下偏見(jiàn),攜手對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)。 編輯:高佳刑天
