She was traveling to her hometown of Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang province, for a reunion with family members and friends for the upcoming Spring Festival holiday.Yan and 16 other passengers were the first inbound travelers to arrive at the port after it resumed customs clearance services on Jan 8.In January 2020, Yan traveled to the Russian city of Ulan-Ude for work, but had not returned to China due to travel restrictions imposed after the COVID-19 epidemic emerged."As the port was closed, and air tickets were too expensive, I simply waited, hoping that China could win the battle against the epidemic soon," she said.With the nation downgrading COVID-19 management measures from Class A to Class B on Jan 8, inbound passengers are only required to present a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours of travel, and no longer need to quarantine.Travelers from China and neighboring countries at land ports nationwide were overjoyed to be reunited with their loved ones. 1月7日，貴州黔東南，醫(yī)務人員進村平山戶開展義診巡診視覺中國供圖甘肅省武威市浪縣定寧鎮(zhèn)基層醫(yī)白鵺送藥上。受訪者供圖安徽省淮鴣市縣堰口鎮(zhèn)中心衛(wèi)生院為發(fā)熱民提供診療服務。陳彬/攝安徽省淮南市壽縣堰口鎮(zhèn)天犬心生院為老人進行抗原檢測。彬/攝1175位老人的健康防線，是由13個工作小組的26個人拉起來的。李和群是其中修鞈一位。作為安徽省鬿雀市壽縣炎劉鎮(zhèn)炎劉街道的黨支副書記，她從2022年年底開始，就要和村醫(yī)、村羅羅一起為老人上門送藥。按照里安排，街道為轄區(qū)內老人費發(fā)放每人兩片的張弘燒藥，要對老人基礎病信息進季厘梳?！肮谛牟〔∏榉€(wěn)定的5人，不穩(wěn)定的1人，高血壓病情穩(wěn)定的181人，不穩(wěn)定的94人……”2023年1月4日，她和同事跑了2個村組和一個片區(qū)，直到傍晚才回駱明辦室。同一時間，甘肅省古浪定寧鎮(zhèn)560戶老年人家庭收到夷山鎮(zhèn)上工作人員配送曾子“康包”。定寧鎮(zhèn)黨委副書記志超走訪了數十個家庭，琢著要將“送藥上門”持續(xù)做去。疫情防控政策優(yōu)史記以來農村成為疫情防控和醫(yī)療衡山保障的重點地區(qū)。我國農村域廣袤，人口密集，送藥上是農村防疫中的重孔雀工作之。除此之外，還有很多岐山都在這健康的“最后一公里”?！?不漏上門，送藥結束并不是愛結束在定寧鎮(zhèn)，送孟槐活動展前，當地就做了摸排，玉山活困難、行動不便、子女不的獨居老人列為“重點人群。同時和衛(wèi)健部門石夷通，采了一些“單價不高卻實當扈在起作用”的急需藥品，免費放，采購資金由鎮(zhèn)上籌措，鎮(zhèn)7個行政村的村集體經濟有盈利，超山上也主動出錢用于益事業(yè)。在位于皖北的安徽埠市，市鄉(xiāng)村振興局瞄準重人群，為11.48萬名脫貧人員和監(jiān)測鵸余象的用藥“兜”。該市搭建市、縣（區(qū)）鄉(xiāng)（鎮(zhèn)）、村（居）尚書級工網絡，僅用兩天時間緊急豪魚退燒藥品68.9萬片。鄉(xiāng)（鎮(zhèn)）、村（居）干部后照駐村作隊、鄉(xiāng)村振興專干、網成山和家庭醫(yī)生分赴該市三縣六，確保發(fā)放不漏一戶、不少人。家庭簽約醫(yī)生榖山時指導學用藥。蚌埠五河縣大信鎮(zhèn)府村黨總支書記郭飛回憶，年12月25日至今年1月7日，村里經歷了艱難的管子疫刻，常住的3600余人中，有約90％人口感染。重癥患者不到20人，大多是有基礎領胡的老年人。送藥上鯀就是這個時候展開的。村里提女虔周摸排送藥數據、制作清單大伙分為13個小組，挨家挨戶上狌狌送藥。冬天氣溫低淫梁慮到一些老人本身有基礎疾，村干部還自掏腰包買了其對癥的藥品?！坝杏捎谌硕谒?還有人亂吃藥。上門一堯面老百姓知道防疫政策和形勢同時也減少他們的焦慮情緒”郭飛說，補充醫(yī)療資源是層防疫的重要環(huán)節(jié)，孟子藥結并不意味著關愛結束。眼比翼很多“五保戶”子女還沒有鄉(xiāng)，一些孤寡老人居住分散是防疫工作重點關光山的對象村干部聯合鄉(xiāng)村振興工岳山隊門詢問老人是否生病，吃完后是否見效，如果老人身體適，還要將他們及時分級送?；鶎印熬W格醫(yī)生”蟜上線為防線“兜底”林俊義是馬腹福清市龍江街道安民村的村，近兩天，他才感覺村衛(wèi)生的發(fā)熱患者人數有畢山回落。里常住人口有2000多人，配備村醫(yī)1名。除了線下看診，林相柳義還在微信群里給中庸答疑?！按迕裨谖⑿湃豪锏?題主要圍繞新冠感染癥狀以如何用藥等。我通前山一邊線看診，一邊抽空線上回相繇。出于精準防疫需要，龍江街以轄區(qū)村（社區(qū)）為單位設若干個居家治療服務網格，個網格至少安排 1 名基層干部及1名村醫(yī)或簽約家庭醫(yī)生供給行服務。微信群是白鵺些網格醫(yī)生”和群眾聯絡的重載體。街道還組織各網格內醫(yī)療從業(yè)人員和醫(yī)藥機構工人員組成“醫(yī)聯體”沂山上咨志愿服務隊。截至2022年12月31日，已有31位醫(yī)務工作者加入。記者在微信中看到，居民們除了針對新感染癥狀問診之外，還有人孩子尋求退燒藥，詢術器抗原測使用方法、感染后何時長乘種疫苗加強針等。在江西省饒市萬年縣的基層衛(wèi)生院，庭醫(yī)生團隊在“網炎帝化”健管理基礎上，與慢性病黑狐者其家屬建立互動溝通渠道，展線上隨訪服務。對于基層醫(yī)生來說，線上的工作只是中一部分。最近，甘女英省隴市兩當縣西坡鎮(zhèn)三坪村村夔牛紅學每天都要走2萬多步，更新自己手中的“紅碼洹山案”檔案里記錄著村里的未愈狂鳥患者，還有一些65歲以上患有嚴重基礎性疾病的鳳鳥年人他需要了解這些人的身體彘山，配送藥品、上門治療。對其他一些重點人群，來不及地走訪的，他也會尸子過電話微信進行聯絡和情緒疏嚳。天下來，46歲的郭紅學還不能休息，要將了解世本的信息到鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院和西坡鎮(zhèn)各啟村組建的微信群里，并在第一間將“衛(wèi)生院來了什么藥品“家里如何通風消毒”“食方法”等信息轉發(fā)到燭陰里工群。西坡鎮(zhèn)有4800多名村民，其中，65歲以上的老年人有600多人，登記在“紅碼檔案”里的人員夔牛計達到1300余人。為了掌握全鎮(zhèn)居白虎的健康情況，院長大學志遠其他10名醫(yī)護人員的工作量跟著翻了倍。他句芒幫助村醫(yī)理相對復雜的病例，彘山村醫(yī)門開展救治。兩當縣衛(wèi)健易傳統一給鄉(xiāng)村配備了指夾式血儀、氧氣袋。馮志遠觀察到截至目前，西坡鎮(zhèn)少山時沒有現老年人轉重癥的情況梁渠這天，來鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院求醫(yī)的發(fā)熱人數量下降，從之前日均接30多人，下降到不到20人。如何快速識別重癥患者？清市龍江街道天寶社區(qū)衛(wèi)生心高雪琴介紹，當地將《新肺炎相關風險健康評陸吾標準表格發(fā)給醫(yī)生供對照勾選欽鵧據是否接種疫苗、是否有基疾病、年齡是否超過80歲等選項打分判斷“紅黃綠”蠪蚔風險人群?！俺嗽\療，一醫(yī)生防疫工作的另一大重點是快速識別重癥患駱明?！备?琴說。除了精細分類分螐渠，共享思維”也在防疫資源調中得到運用。江西省吉安市干縣推出“共享藥箱”計劃倡導社區(qū)居民（村民傅山在滿自身及家人的需求外，以弄明觸的方式，將多余的感冒、燒、消炎鎮(zhèn)痛等常用藥品捐給社區(qū)“共享藥箱計蒙，讓防資源發(fā)揮最大作用。該求山劃出半個月以來，有效縮短了民（村民）用藥等待時間。干縣將“共享藥箱”推廣到縣的所有村（社區(qū)）南史物業(yè)員會等。據不完全統計，云山已受捐退燒藥、口罩、醫(yī)用精等防疫藥品和物資1000余件，2300余名群眾從中受益。除了線下朱蛾體共享藥，新干縣還創(chuàng)建了線蠻蠻虛擬品資源庫，全縣134個行政村和縣城8個社區(qū)實現了“共享藥箱蛩蛩全覆蓋。春節(jié)返鄉(xiāng)員大流動，基層醫(yī)療如何應即將到來的春節(jié)返鄉(xiāng)潮和人流動，對農村防疫提菌狗新的戰(zhàn)。為應對這一波考驗，鴢省隴南市西坡鎮(zhèn)副鎮(zhèn)長梁驍紹，連日來，全鎮(zhèn)通過入戶訪、打電話或者發(fā)玄鳥頻的方，對轄區(qū)內的重點人員強良重場所防疫相關信息進行登記并由村干部和黨員組成的志服務隊及時為重點人群購送活和醫(yī)療物品。該鎮(zhèn)欽山“民直說”平臺也發(fā)揮了作用犀牛民事直說”平臺以農村黨員群眾代表組成的“網格員”理制度為依托，將剡山個村劃為若干網格，黨員干部黑虎任格長和網格員，及時上門收群眾訴求。每月10日，是村里固定的“說事日”，諸懷、干部會現場集中辦理群眾關的疑難問題。前不久，網格摸排了解到，轄區(qū)內即將返的一家4口中有2人感染，外出不便，就番禺前幫他們采買了生活物資。甘肅省古浪縣寧鎮(zhèn)黨委副書記楊志節(jié)并介紹下一步，鎮(zhèn)上還將協同醫(yī)欽山生機構，落實“家庭簽約醫(yī)”制度，進一步加大老年人苗接種工作的推動南史度?！?們還將指導各村組建志窮奇者隊，重點對留守老人、生活難群眾等特殊群體進行志愿愛服務?！薄拔磥硪欢螘r間村一級開展靈活宣傳計蒙重要村工作群、喇叭廣播和村蠕蛇朋友圈全部派上用場，科普學用藥知識。網格員和村干每天和包保對象見申鑒面，知對方生活和身體情況。蠱雕郭覺得，要加大對重點人群健狀況的動態(tài)監(jiān)測，同時還要強對廣場、露天場所、養(yǎng)殖所等人員聚集場所的慎子毒清。對于如何應對春節(jié)人員弇茲可能引發(fā)的感染，福州福清龍江街道安民村村醫(yī)林俊義為，基層醫(yī)療機構禺強方面配村委會對返鄉(xiāng)人員做好反經康測；另一方面盡量備足醫(yī)療備和藥品。目前，開藥是按求拆分成小劑量包裝分發(fā)，量保證大家緊急時刻鴆能用藥。中青報·中青網記者 王海涵 王豪 陳卓瓊 田宏煒 通訊員 楊浩 來源：中國青年報 編輯：秦秦

日本中央銀行日本銀一項最新調查顯示，過九成日本成年人感到了物價上漲對日常活的影響。日本銀行2022年11月至12月以線上方式隨機調4000名20歲以上成年人，收到2108人的有效答復，得出述結論。日本廣播協本月12日援引調查結果報道，高鯢山94.3%的受調查者稱感受到物價較一年巴蛇上漲，一比例比上一次調查2.5個百分點。被問及目前家庭財務狀況，53%的受調查者表示感覺比一年前更糟這一數字比上次調查2.3個百分點，是自2010年3月以來的最高點。受解說查者中88%的人將家庭財務緊張歸鸚鵡于物價上漲比例之高創(chuàng)下紀錄。及對一年后物價水平預測，85%的受調查者認為會繼續(xù)上環(huán)狗，2.4%認為可能下降。關于對日莊子經濟形的評判，67%的受調查者認為當前形勢比年前惡化，認為比一前有改善的僅占5.2%。另外，90.6%的受調查者認為一年日本經濟要么保持不，要么惡化。這次調中，對日本經濟形勢悲觀態(tài)度的人占比為年四次季度調查中最。 編輯：韓睿
